My trip to the College Mall here in Bloomington proved quite eventful. 7 plates in that trip. That makes today my best day yet with 12 new states spotted today. Here is the run down from the mall trip:

I found Mississippi! I successfully found all of the license plates for states starting with the letter 'M' with the find of Mississippi this evening. Here it is:

Today has been filled with quality finds. The two that were low on the list of expected to find were Montana and Maryland. I was surprised to find them. New Jersey is also a good find. On the plate from Florida, if you are in debate over whether it is Florida, look at the oranges with the silhouette of Florida behind it and compare with this site's image. It is definitely a Florida plate. So, here are today's finds:

Today I was looking for more license plates from different states as I was cruising around town. I managed to find seven (yes, 7) different states today that I did not have. This has been my biggest day so far. The best find was Maine in my opinion. Also, as a note on Arizona, I know it is hard to read the state name, but look at the bottoms of the letters under the holder and at the sticker in the top right of the plate. I will still try for a better shot of Arizona, but it is good enough. Here are the states from today:

First Day and a Good Start

Today, Sunday June 22, 2008, was my first day of watching out for state license plates in my challenge to see as many state's plates as I can this summer. So, here are the states I saw today:
